We are located in beautiful Central Texas, about 55 miles Northwest of Austin. USA, for those Folks across the pond. Our station is at 104 S. Rhomberg in Burnet. Founded in 1932, the Burnet Volunteer Fire Department serves the unincorporated area surrounding the City of Burnet. See our coverage area for further details. We are an all Volunteer department, except for our Administrator. We are always looking for new members. 

We currently have around 20 members. We are in desperate need of members who live in the Northern sector of our coverage area. We are experiencing a large amount of growth in that area, as well as other outlying areas. We would like to put in a substation somewhere near or north of FM2340 and Hwy 281.
