We currently have around 20 members. We are in need of members who live in the Northern sector of our coverage area. We are experiencing a large amount of growth in that area, as well as other outlying areas. We would like to put in a substation somewhere near or north of FM2340 and Hwy 281.

You are NOT required to become a full structural firefighter. You only have to do what you are comfortable with. There are many valuable positions in the Fire Department where YOUR help is needed.
The best way to start the process of volunteering is to fill out the form on this page. You could also stop by the station on weekdays between 8 am to 5 pm to pick up an application or give us a call and we can meet with you at a different time at 512-756-5911. We need help during the daytime hours especially.
